Return Policy

At Maree, our goal is to achieve the highest possible level of customer satisfaction — that’s why we have a simple and hassle-free 30-day return policy.

If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, just contact us and we’ll be happy to help! When returning your order, please make sure that no more than 30 days have passed since receiving it and that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived.


Returns

To start a return, please email us at hello@wearmaree.com with the following information:

  • Photos of the product in its original condition.
  • The date you received the product (please include Proof of Delivery from the tracking page).
  • Any other relevant details you think we should know.

Our physical address is for administrative purposes only.
Returns shipped without following the instructions or to the wrong address will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please choose a tracked shipping method and share the tracking number with us after dispatching the return.
Once your return request is approved, you must send the product back within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customers must send photos showing the issue within 2 days of receiving the order. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, as damage could have occurred due to misuse or later wear.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Refunds are not accepted due to shipping times. Shipping information is clearly stated on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may return it for a refund.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants);
  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us before returning it.

If you purchased a lifetime warranty for your product, please note that it is not eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within up to 14 days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 30 days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@wearmaree.com.

If the returned item shows signs of use, scratches, dirt, or damage, a deduction may be applied to your refund.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.
